Andrew Ettingshausen

"It's easy to see leaders who have had much success, it's often players who can relate to their players and get the best out of the players as well. Leading by example is only part of it, the most important part is getting along with the players on the team to help them fulfil their potential and continue to give them confidence and inspire them and a lot of it comes down to talk, it's about your professionalism, it's about believing in yourself and everyone around you"

My special guest is Andrew Ettingshausen. ET is a legend of Rugby League which includes 328 games for the Cronulla Sharks scoring a staggering 165 trys. His extensive representative career included 27 games for NSW and 25 games for Australia. Away from footy he has create a media career and hosts the hit show Escape with ET.

You will learn plenty from Andrew Ettingshausen in episode 21 of Talking with TK.
