Episode 59 - Richie Vas

“It was a crazy time the media smashed me deserve ably so I carried on like a mug. It was definitely a point where if I don’t change my lifestyle, I had some great opportunities in front of me but if I don’t pull my head in and change stuff I won’t come close to achieving anything in either sport and apart from that it was tearing up my family, lucky I had such good mates and family to support me and back me 100% it was crazy time, I’m glad I learnt those lessons when I did”

My special guest is Richie Vas. Richie is a professional MMA fighter who fought in the UFC for a number of years. He’s also a highly regarded big wave surfer and has also successfully transitioned into the media and works as a UFC analyst with Fox Sports.
