Episode 66 - Saia Fainga'a

“I got complacent. One of the biggest things I learnt was from Sean Hardman from Queensland. He was the old guy at the time 34 or 35 and had been around the traps and known the losing culture. He was a tough guy but trained so hard. He wasn’t the best player or athlete but trained super hard and to his credit he made me the best player I was literally because I thought if this guy can be in gym longer than anyone else why can’t I”

My special guest is Saia Fainga’a. Saia is a professional Rugby Union player at the London Irish. His extensive career has seen him play hooker in the Super Rugby for the ACT Brumbies and QLD Reds while capped 36 times for the Australian Wallabies.

You will learn plenty from Saia Fainga’a in episode 66 of the Talking with TK Podcast.
