Steve McNamara is the head coach of the Catalan Dragons where he coaches the likes of James Maloney, Israel Folau and Sam Tompkins. Steve has had a tremendous playing and coaching career. His playing days saw him play over 300 first grade games in the English Super League for Hull FC, Bradford Bulls, Wakefield and

Huddersfield. He has coached the Dragons to a Challenge Cup title, while also being head coach at the Bradford Bulls and England national team. He has spent time in the NRL as an assistant coach to Trent Robinson at the Sydney Roosters and Stephen Kearney at the New Zealand Warriors.
